Apply

Tell us who you are and what you make. We review applications by hand, usually within two working days, and you get an answer by email.

Set up your shop

Add your brand, photos and listings from your seller area. Each listing gets a quick review before it goes live, so customers only see finished work.

Sell and get paid

Customers order and pay on the marketplace. You accept, pack and ship; your payout follows automatically, by bank transfer.

What you need

  • Products you make or design yourself. No resale of mass-produced goods.
  • Clear photos on a plain background, one product at a time.
  • A phone number on WhatsApp: it is how you hear about new orders.
  • A bank account (IBAN) in your name or your business's name, for payouts.
  • A VAT registration only if you are required to have one. Sellers who are not registered are paid without VAT.

Questions makers ask

Not to apply. Individuals can sell. If you are a registered business, enter your VAT number in the application and it is reflected on your payout statements.

You do. The price you enter is what the customer pays on the website; your payout is that price minus the commission.

You pack and ship each order and enter the tracking number in your seller area. The marketplace handles the customer's payment, invoice and support.

Decline it from your seller area and tell us why. The customer is refunded or served otherwise by the marketplace. Declining often hurts your shop, so keep your stock and handling time realistic.

Yes. One seller account can run several shops, each with its own name, look and product line. Create them from your seller area; each new shop is approved by the marketplace before it goes live.
